Every individual is unique, and their exercise program should be designed to help support their desires with respect to individual differences and needs. Personal training incorporates strength, flexibility and cardio-respiratory conditioning, nutritional coaching, corrective exercise, and allows for personal preferences as well. Care is taken to support post rehab and chronic conditions, with a focus on safety, alignment and accessibility. Studio or offsite training is available in full and half hour sessions. Motivation, creativity and fun are included as well!
Live & Try Training creates holistic exercise plans for many different conditions including general fitness, diabetes management, Senior mobility and fun, Parkinson’s, post injury rehabilitation, alignment variations and difficulties, arthritis, general dislike of exercise, lack of motivation, and unique circumstances that make common participation in movement programs challenging. Personal Training is an exploration of what your “Can do’s” are, and a dialogue to determine what you can reasonably and consistently add into your life.
Health Coaching
Lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming to implement in our lives. Health Coaching provides a structure that encourages self empowerment and accountability for making desired changes, or achieving specific goals. After an initial 30 min consultation, get weekly texts/emails, regular online progress check-ins, two 30 min in studio or online movement sessions, nutrition coaching and optional personal data reporting, an at home Flexibility Program, and encouragement from your biggest cheerleader…Wendy! Take a step toward a holistic program that can set you on the path to self care and success!
