Group Exercise Classes

Group Exercise Classes focus on functional movement, strength and postural alignment. Classes range in intensity and are designed to make each participant feel safe and capable. Classes are designed to provide challenges that help encourage overall fitness while having a lot of fun!

Strength & Balance (Currently Offered Online)

Muscle strengthening and balancing exercises designed to create functional strength for real people who like to exercise safely. Work in a fun and accepting environment with a focus on safe range of motion and variations in exercise to suit individual needs.   Weights, bands and other equipment will be utilized.

Gentle Yoga Flow (On our YouTube Channel during Covid-19)

Movement patterns borrowing from yoga with a head to toe flexibility focus. Come as you are and work toward where you can go. Classes cover standing and floor work.

You Do You Walking Club

The goal of the group is to encourage daily exercise, have opportunity to connect with other walkers safely, and have the benefit of ongoing online coaching to motivate and inspire greater walking experiences. Walkers meet at the studio or a prearranged location, and maintain Covid safe practices. Individuals assume responsibility for the length of their walk and manage their safe return to the studio if they choose greater or shorter distances than the base group. 

Core off the Floor Circuit (Currently Offered Online)

Solidify your center without having to navigate the ups and downs of working on the floor. A class designed in timed stations with powerful and purposeful core and trunk training to assist in functional movement, decreasing back pain, and improving postural alignment. Lots of laughter and modifications encouraged!
